Measures for the Administration of Postgraduate Dissertations Review of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University（修订）
为进一步规范和完善我校研究生学位论文评审制度，提高学位授予质量，结合我校实际情况，特修订本办法。
In order to further standardize and improve the postgraduate dissertation review system of our university and improve the quality of degree awarding, the measures are hereby revised according to the actual situation of our university.
一、评审程序Review Process
1.资格审核Qualification Examination
申请学位人员必须在规定时间内提交有关材料参加当批次申请学位的资格审核并通过，同时学位论文检测通过，方可进行学位论文评审。未通过资格审核和学位论文检测而进行论文送审的，当次送审无效。研究生指导教师应当对研究生的论文完成质量（含知识产权）、学术行为规范、学术水平和已取得的成果等进行严格把关。
Degree applicants must submit relevant materials for the qualification examination of the current batch of degree applications within the specified time and pass the dissertation detection before the dissertation review. If the dissertation is submitted for the dissertation review without passing the qualification examination and dissertation detection, the dissertation review shall be invalid. The supervisors of graduate students shall strictly check the quality of their thesis completion (including intellectual property rights), academic code of conduct, academic level and so on.
2.组织实施Organization and Implementation
研究生学位论文评审原则上应采用双盲评审制度，由学校学位评定委员会统一领导，研究生院和学院分工协作、具体落实。其中，博士学位论文评审工作由研究生院负责；硕士学位论文评审工作由学院负责。每篇学位论文聘请3位专家评审。
所有学位论文送审环节，均不得由研究生本人经手寄送给评阅人。研究生院和学院的送审均由专人负责，并对评阅人的所有信息严格保密，评阅意见匿名反馈。
In principle, a double-blind review system should be adopted for the review of postgraduate dissertations, under the unified leadership of the Academic Degree Review Committee of the University, and the graduate college and the college should coordinate and implement the system. The graduate college is responsible for the review of doctoral dissertations. The college is responsible for the review of master's degree thesis. Three experts are invited to review each dissertation.
All dissertation submissions shall not be sent to the reviewer by the graduate student himself. The graduate college and the college are responsible for the submission of the review, and all the information of the reviewer is strictly confidential, review comments are anonymous.
3.评审时间 The Review Time
研究生院和学院应根据学校学位评定委员会审议学位授予的时间，合理安排研究生学位论文送审时间。研究生院集中委托校外相关高等学校、科学研究机构或权威学位论文评审平台送审博士学位论文；各学院可根据实际情况，合理安排硕士学位论文送审事宜。
学校学位评定委员会一般每年3月、6月、8月和12月的下旬召开，讨论学位授予等相关事宜，在特殊情况下经主席会议同意，可召开学位评定委员会或采用通讯评议方式审议相关事宜。
The Graduate College and college shall reasonably arrange the time for submitting the graduate dissertation according to the Academic Degree Review Committee of the university. The Graduate College entrusts relevant universities outside the school, scientific research institutions or authoritative dissertation review platforms to submit doctoral dissertation for review. According to the actual situation, each college can make reasonable arrangements for the submission of master's degree thesis.
二、评审结果认定Accreditation of Review Results
1.学位论文评阅结论设有A、B、C、D 四档。具体为：
A．论文达到博士/硕士学位论文要求，同意稍作修改后参加答辩（85-100分）。
B．论文达到博士/硕士学位论文要求，同意适当修改后参加答辩（75-84分）。
C．论文需要进行较大修改，修改后再次送审（60-74分）。
D．论文未达到博士/硕士学位论文要求，不同意参加答辩（60分以下）。
1. The result of dissertation review consists of four grades: A, B, C and D. Specific as follows:
A. The thesis meets the requirements of doctoral/master degree thesis, and the applicant is allowed to participate in the defense after slight modification (85-100 points).
B. The thesis meets the requirements of doctoral/master degree thesis and the applicant is allowed to participate in the defense after appropriate modification (75-84 points).
C. The thesis needs major revision and then submitted for review again (60-74 points).
D. The thesis does not meet the requirements for doctoral/master degree, the applicant is not allowed to participate in the defense (below 60 points).
2.三份评审结论的判定The judgment of the three review result
（1）组合为AAA、AAB、ABB或BBB视为通过。
（2）组合为AAC、ABC、AAD或BBC，可立即予以重评一次，再聘请3位专家进行盲评；如果重评结果为A或B，视为通过；如果重评结果出现C或D，视为不通过。
（3）组合为ABD、BBD，经学生和导师申请，学院学位评定分委员会同意，可立即予以重评一次，再聘请3位专家进行盲评；如果重评结果为A或B，视为通过；如果重评结果出现C或D，视为不通过。
（4）其余组合均视为不通过。送审不通过的研究生，收悉评审结论后须在导师指导下认真修改，参加下一次送审和答辩。
（5）重评通过但重评结果反馈时间超过当批次答辩时间的研究生，参加下一次答辩。当批次送审已达最长学习年限的研究生，如重评通过但重评结果反馈时间超过当批次答辩时间，可参加下一次答辩。
(1) The combination of AAA, AAB, ABB or BBB shall be deemed as passed.
(2) If it is a combination of AAC, ABC, AAD or BBC, it can be re-examined immediately, and then three experts can be hired for blind review; If the result of reassessment is A or B, it is deemed to have passed; If the result of the re-review is C or D, it will be regarded as failed.
(3) The combination of ABD and BBD can be re-examined immediately upon the application of students and supervisors and the approval of the Academic Degree Assessment Sub-Committee of the college, and then three experts can be hired for blind review; If the result of reassessment is A or B, it is deemed to have passed; If the result of the re-review is C or D, it will be regarded as failed.
(4) Other combinations are deemed to be failed. The graduate students who fail to pass the examination shall be revised carefully under the guidance of the supervisor after receiving the review conclusion and participate in the next review and defense.
(5) Graduate students who pass the re-examine but the feedback time of the re-examine results exceeds the time of the current batch of defense will participate in the next defense.
Graduate students who have been submitted for review for the longest period of study can participate in the next defense if they pass the re-examine but the feedback time of the re-examine is longer than the time of the defense of the current batch.
本办法自公布之日起执行，《米兰国际体育俱乐部官网研究生学位论文评审工作管理办法》（闽农林大研〔2018〕18号）同时废止。其他文件如与本文冲突的，以本文为准。本办法由米兰国际体育俱乐部官网学位评定委员会负责解释。
These measures shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation. In case of any conflict between other documents and this document, this document shall prevail. The academic Degree Assessment Committee of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University is responsible for the interpretation of these measures.
