Research Interests:

1. Investigating the nutritional and functional properties of food-derived bioactive compounds, 

with a focus on peptides and proteins.

2. Developing advanced processing technologies for the efficient extraction and utilization of 

bioactive peptides in food systems.

3. Studying the biochemical mechanisms underlying the functionality of food-derived peptides 

and their role in human health.
